Hello friends and art fans! Here’s the latest Art of Lore…
I once hiked this trail in the clouds. It was long ago on a trek to the snow-capped Olympic Mountains of Washington state, which rise just west and in view of Seattle. But now that I see this scene again, it could easily pass for someplace more mystical — a path of lore from a timeless epic.
Is that a Jedi temple ahead? Or the gateway to Rivendell, home of elves…

Love this – you have the hiking trail just right – it feels like you are walking into the clouds.

Love the way the path dissolves into the air, and also that steep angle–almost makes me dizzy.
