Watercolor of the day ~ Planetscape Gamma

Planetscape Gamma #1 ~ Watercolor by John Klobucher

Hello friends and art fans! Here’s a little Art of Lore

This semi-abstract watercolor is another in my series of imagined alien landscapes. This one features a purple-haze sky over a mountainous planet of lush green moguls and orangey peaks.

Planet IV Lore #1 ~ Watercolor by John Klobucher

Hello friends and art fans! Here’s a little Art of Lore

“Anyone home?” she wondered out loud. But all was still on the blue slopes around her. The orange sky was empty — for now.

Ensign Starlark snapped her helmet on and reached for the hatch release. “Can’t stay here, I’m a sitting duck.”

Whoosh.

She jumped out, blast-rifle ready…
